rudy blereau2 Julio 2026When we recently had a humidity problem (infiltration), we were referred to the company HUMILOGIC by a friend who is living in Estepona since more than 50 years. The owner of HUMILOGIC, Mr. Carlos Rodriguez, spoke to us immediately by telephone and immediately made an appointment with us. The next day Carlos was at our door on time. He then examined the entire house and analyzed the problem in all places. After that he advised us very correctly and explained that if some minor items would be adjusted, our problem would be solved and that we should not really appeal to his company. Before another company had also come on site and made a proposal that would cost more than 5,000 €. Thanks to the advice of Mr. Rodriguez, our problem has now been solved for a few hundred euros. We can therefore sincerely and carefree recommend this company and its manager to anyone who has moisture problems. Theodora Terra Meridiana14 Junio 2026We have hired Humilogic on several occasions for different types of damp issues in oldtown houses in Estepona as it is not an uncommon problem here due to the fact the old houses often have sand and stone walls, poor insulation and old pipe installations which can affect neighbouring houses. In this last particular case, in a rented house we have, we had a very visible wet wall in the living room but we had no pipes on that side of the house. The insurance said it came from the neighbour but as the neighbour did not have any signs of damp (walls and floors were tiled) he refused to do do anything but also we did not know for sure where the problem was coming from. We contacted Humilogic once again to help us sort it out as it was urgent to find the cause having tenants in the house. Carlos attended us immediately, gave us a quote for a diagnosis which had to be carried out from our house and proceeded immediately with his investigation. Within their first day of work they found th cause of the problem as they had uncovered from our side 2 pipes from the neighbours kitchen that were going straight into an open and blocked “arqueta”, so basically straight into the soil and my wall. Thanks to this very efficient diagnosis we were able to resolve the problem swiftly as Humilogic offered solutions and were able to help us mediate with the neighbours. All in all it was a very good experience, we felt we were in the hands of a very efficient and professional company. Christer Arnqvist2 Febrero 2026I hired Humilogic to renovate our roof terrace in Marbella. Work consisted of tearing away two layers of tiles, laying a new waterproofing layer and laying new tiles. I am very happy with their work and it is a very reliable company. I also helped them so that I, as a Swede, could apply for a Rot bidrag. So i could get a tax reduction from Sweden. Michał Chudziak18 Agosto 2025Honest opinion: Pricey and sometimes a bit slow to reply or deliver repairs, but definitely worth the money and time. We bought a house in Old Town Estepona with damp problems that had been hidden by the seller. We chose Humilogic because they were the only ones who carried out a proper root cause analysis before suggesting a solution. We ended up paying about 4x more than other vendors quoted, but Humilogic really took the time to diagnose the actual root cause of the damp issues instead of just covering them up - which is essentially what everyone else was proposing. So far, so good; the problems seem to have been resolved and haven’t returned for a couple of months. I suppose we’ll need to wait until next winter to be fully sure, but things are looking very promising. Plus, Humilogic provides a warranty on their work, which adds extra peace of mind.
